This wife and husband working duo approached me for a brand refresh. They had created their brand ID and logo several years prior and has various websites and content they wanted to combine and present as a collective and from a single source. The mission for Shotglass Productions is to provide social change by telling stories through film, television and digital platforms and wanted this conveyed in a visual manner.
The clients requested that the a graphic of an actual shotglass to be incorporated into their logo. By turning the glass on its side, the selected logo concept also represents the profile of a video camera.
The challenge in building the website was to be able to display a myriad of information, selected works, and stay up to date in presenting site visitors in upcoming and new projects. The clients wanted for viewers to be able to stream trailers as well as full movies or videos directly on the site, and that was achieved by embedding Vimeo lightboxes onto the site pages. We also incorporated a demo reel which can viewed directly on the homepage. The site has been successful in booking new projects and representing the company in a fresh and informative way.
