The clients, two commercial real estate agents with a background in property investments, decided to launch a new venture providing evaluation services for assets classes such as high yielding multi-family in large urban metropolitan areas to commercial & residential developments in various key markets.
This project included naming the business itself, as well as the creation of a new brand along with a strategic rollout. The creative strategy was directed from inception to final execution. The process was achieved by listening, identifying the client and business needs and then prescribing the correct course of action. A website was designed and built, showing minimal content to potential investors, who would then be vetted to be sent a thoroughly branded case study, presenting rich infographics and data in a visual way.
